The objective is to identify the factors related to the self-medication of COVID-19 drugs, users of the Cabanillas Health Center 2022. The methodology of research work of non-experimental design, descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional type, with a sample of 282 users of the Cabanillas Health Center. The results showed that 39.01% were between 18 and 29 years of age, 53.55% were male, 31.56% had higher education, 56.38% were from urban areas, 44.33% were self-employed, 51.06% had a normal income, 77.30% had SIS insurance, 66.67% had medical assistance, 72.34% had no education on medication, 55.67% had a suspected case, and 53.19% had a confirmed case. In conclusion, self-medication of COVID-19 drugs, is 91.84%, refers to if I self-medicate.
