The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the vertical occlusal dimension and the anthropometric measurements of the fingers of the hand in patients attended in two dental centers, Lima 2021. Methodology: it is correlational, descriptive, observational and cross-sectional. The sample was taken by non-probabilistic convenience sampling, made up of 80 patients. Results: The mean anthropometric measurements of the hand is 63mm; the mean vertical occlusal dimension is 60mm. The male gender has a higher correlation (0.59) compared to the female gender (0.48), the ages from 22 to 45 years have a higher correlation (0.63). Conclusion There is a moderate correlation (0.53) between the anthropometric measurements of the fingers of the hand and the vertical occlusal dimension in two ODONTOLIS dental centers, Puente Piedra and Los Olivos
