Reacciones adversas a los fármacos antituberculosos en pacientes del Hospital Militar Central 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es identificar las reacciones adversas de los antituberculosos en los pacientes hospitalizados en el Hospital Militar Central 2022. Metodología de estudio de tipo básico, descriptivo, inductivo con una técnica observacional y transversal. La muestra la constituyeron 27 pacientes hospitalizados con diagnóstico de TBC. Los resultados nos muestran que hay reacciones adversas medicamentosas (RAM), resultando que el 59,3% no presenta RAM y el 40,7% si presenta RAM. En conclusión, se identificó las reacciones adversas a los fármacos antituberculosos en los pacientes hospitalizados en un 100% corresponden a pacientes nuevos nunca tratados tipo A.

The objective of the following research is to identify the adverse reactions of antituberculosis drugs in patients hospitalized at the Central Military Hospital 2022. Methodology of study of basic, descriptive, inductive type with an observational and transversal technique. The sample consisted of 27 hospitalized patients diagnosed with TB. The results show that there are adverse drug reactions (ADRs), with 59.3% not presenting ADRs and 40.7% presenting ADRs. In conclusion, adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs were identified in hospitalized patients, 100% of whom were new, never treated type A patients.
