A study was carried out to compare the difference in color stability between Palfique LX5®, Solare X® and Vittra APS® composite resins when immersed in coffee. The design was quasi-experimental and correlational, cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 30 resin discs. The data collection technique used was observation and the data collection form was used as an instrument. As results it was evidenced that 80% of the Palfique resin varied 5 shades of color and 20% varied 8 shades; while the Solare X resin 100% changed 3 shades of color, on the other hand the Vittra APS resin 10% varied 3 shades of color and 90% varied 5 shades of color; finally it was concluded that the Solare X resin has greater color stability followed by the Vittra resin and the one that has less stability is the Palfique brand
