This is an observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study. The objective of the research was to determine the incidence of adverse reactions to antihypertensive drugs in patients treated at the Catalina Huanca-El Agustino Health Center during the period September-December 2021, the technique used was the review of the medical records of patients diagnosed with hypertension who receive treatment with antihypertensive drugs. The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in male patients (54.2%) and in the age group 30-59 years (58.3%), moderate reactions were the most reported (75%), the respiratory system was the most compromised (33.4%) and the drug that caused the most adverse reactions was enalapril (37.5%).
