The type of research is quantitative and the methodological design is non-experimental and the research objective is to establish the association between burnout syndrome and quality of care in users of the Pusi Health Center - Clas 1-3, Juliaca 2022. Conformed with a sample of 12 health professionals and 107 patients where the instrument for data collection of the questionnaire validated by experts, reliability was found by Cronbach's Alpha statistic of: 0.83 (good) demonstrating the alpha reliability. As a result, 100% of the workers surveyed had burnout syndrome. 83.3% were found to have mild burnout syndrome and 16.7% were found to have moderate burnout syndrome. Regarding the quality of care. It was fair, 55.1% good and 37.4% good. It is concluded that there is an inverse association between burnout syndrome and quality of care.
