Metodología de las 5 S para mejorar la Gestión de la Cooperativa Agro Industrial San Jacinto – Pichanaqui 2019

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en la Cooperativa Agro Industrial San Jacinto de la Ciudad de Pichanaqui y consistió en desarrollar un instrumento que nos permitió medir y evaluar la mejora en la Gestión de la Cooperativa posterior a la aplicación de la Metodología 5 S. El objetivo de la presente investigación fué determinar el nivel de mejora en la gestión Cooperativa Agro Industrial San Jacinto con la aplicación de la metodología de las 5 S, Aplicando el método científico, tipo de investigación aplicada y el nivel de investigación explicativa. Como resultado de la presente investigación se pudo determinar que la metodología de las 5 S mejoró positivamente la Gestión de la Cooperativa Agro Industrial San Jacinto.

This study was carried out at the San Jacinto Agro Industrial Cooperative in the City of Pichanaqui and consisted of developing an instrument that allowed us to measure and evaluate the improvement in the Management of the Cooperative after the application of the 5 S. Methodology. This research was to determine the level of improvement in the Cooperativa Agro Industrial San Jacinto with the application of the 5 S methodology, applying the scientific method, type of applied research and the level of explanatory research.
