NSAIDs are very consumed with the purpose of relieving some pain and discomfort, they can cause certain types of problems in the people who consume it, but also when they are improperly eliminated they can enter the environment, where vegetable species such as "Allium Cepa" can be found. Our objective was to evaluate the toxicity of NSAIDs at different concentrations. To do this, we addressed the methodology of the experimental type, with three replicas applied to "Allium Cepa", using a negative control group and five different concentrations of each of the medications. The results show that NSAIDs, even at very dilute concentrations, have a toxic effect inhibiting the growth of the "Allium Cepa" meristems. Likewise, the microscopic observation made it possible to show that chromosomal aberrations exist within the process of each one of the phases of mitosis in the experimental groups at 72 hours, compared with the control group.
