The objective was to determine the level of knowledge about the warning signs during pregnancy in adolescents aged 15 to 18 years old and pregnant women in the San Agustín de Cajas Health Center, May - December 2015. The method was of applied type, level descriptive, non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 26 pregnant women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result: The level of knowledge about the warning signs in the I Trimester, 27% of pregnant women have a high level of knowledge and 8% have a low level. In pregnant teenagers 34% medium level, 4% achieved a high level. In the II quarter, it is observed that 27% of pregnant women obtained a high level and 12% a medium level. Adolescent pregnant women have a low level of 27% and a high level of 4%. In the third quarter, it is observed that 31% of pregnant women obtained a high level of knowledge and 8% low level, in the case of pregnant women the level of knowledge is between medium and low with 23%. Conclusions: The level of knowledge about warning signs of pregnancy in pregnant women is high and in adolescents it is medium.
