Oral conditions can trigger pain, discomfort, functional limitation. Methodology: Basic, prospective, non-experimental design research. Objective: To identify the intensity of the impact of oral CVRSB conditions in 11 and 12 year-old schoolchildren in the Regular Basic Education public schools of the urban area of Pichanaqui district, Junín region in 2018. Results: oral conditions self-perceived were: "decayed tooth" 45.3%, "position of the teeth" 38.8% and "toothache" 34.1%. And the most prevalent impacted daily performances were, "smiling" with 78.3%, "contacting another person" with 59.1% Conclusion: the intensity of the impact of oral conditions on the HRQOL has a prevalence of 31, 9% of "regular" impact on schoolchildren.
