The objective of the present investigation is to determine the influence of translucent zirconia on the irradiance emitted by an LED light-curing device. It is an applied experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and, according to the level, explanatory in vitro research. The sample was composed of 40 translucent zirconia discs of 8.0 millimeters in diameter and 4 different thicknesses that were assigned in 04 experimental groups: Group A (0.5mm), Group B (1.0mm), Group C (1.5mm) and Group D (2.0mm). Once the discs were obtained, they were placed in the radiometer receptacle and irradiated with a Woodpecker LED device, model LED C - Cure Poliwave, with a light intensity emission of 1525 mW/cm2, for 20 seconds.
