The objective of the following research is to determine whether sociodemographic and labor factors are associated with Burnout Syndrome in Inkafarma pharmacy workers, Juliaca. October to December, 2022. As a method, an observational, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study design was used. Non-probabilistic sampling was applied, consisting of 65 workers. The technique used was the interview and the research instrument was the adapted Maslach Burnout questionnaire. As a result, a higher prevalence of mild Burnout was observed in women than in men. In conclusion, social factors such as residence, marital status and work status are related to the development of mild Burnout syndrome in most of the workers.
