Alteraciones Gastrointestinales y el consumo de Antiinflamatorios no esteroideos en usuarios de la Botica Ahorrofarma Huancayo 2023.

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar si existe relación entre el consumo de antiinflamatorios no esteroideos y las alteraciones gastrointestinales en los usuarios de la botica Ahorrofarma. El estudio fue de tipo básico, prospectivo, transversal y correlacional, no experimental, descriptiva correlacional; La muestra lo constituyeron 79 usuarios. Los resultados respecto a los malestares a nivel gastrointestinal frente al consumo de AINES, el 39,2% sienten ardor estomacal a nivel gastrointestinal cuando utiliza los medicamentos AINES y el 69,6% la forma farmacéutica que utilizaron los medicamentos para su malestar o dolencia fueron las tabletas. En conclusión, existe relación estadística entre el consumo de AINES y las alteraciones gastrointestinales.

The aim of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the consumption of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and gastrointestinal disorders in users of the Ahorrofarma pharmacy. The study was basic, prospective, cross-sectional and correlational, non-experimental, descriptive-correlational; the sample consisted of 79 users. The results regarding gastrointestinal discomfort in relation to the consumption of NSAIDs, 39.2% felt gastrointestinal heartburn when using NSAIDs and 69.6% used tablets as the pharmaceutical form for their discomfort or ailment. In conclusion, there is a statistical relationship between the consumption of NSAIDs and gastrointestinal disturbances.
