The general objective of this study was to evaluate the blood pressure control values through a Pharmaceutical Care Program in Older Adult Patients in the Micro-network of Chilca -2018. Regarding the study sequence methodology, it was a scientific method of applied level, explanatory, prospective and longitudinal type, of quasi-experimental design, pretest, posttest, carried out in an intentional sample of 53 clinical cases of elderly patients with arterial hypertension, who received 16 pharmaceutical interventions from May to October, the program distributed in the diagnostic stage, the intervention stage and the evaluation stage. In relation to the results, the ages of the sample are between 65 and 69 years in 43.4% and female sex in 62.3%, associated diseases such as lung damage 34%, bradycardia 19%, hypertensive retinopathy 13% and the most used drugs were Losartan 50 mg. 41.5%, captopril 25mg 26.4% and enalapril 20mg 20.8%; In addition, pharmaceutical care favored significant changes in lifestyle values on harmful habits, physical activity and salt consumption, as well as a decrease in blood pressure
