The research is of an applicative type as a pre-experimental methodological design. The objective of the research was the implementation of the Brand Advocate to improve customer loyalty, conformed with a sample of 158 students, where the instrument for data collection of the questionnaire validated by experts, reliability was found by Cronbach's Alpha statistic of: (0.902 and 0.946) demonstrating high reliability. In the result, the General Hypothesis test according to the Wilcoxon statistic shows a significance level of 0.001 which, being less than 0.05, the research concluded that the implementation of the Brand Advocate improved customer loyalty, since nowadays it is necessary to improve the relationship between customer and company, turning them into Brand lovers for the new generation
