The objective of the research is to evaluate the efficacy of four household gel soaps against pathogens of high recurrence in dermal bacterial flora - Lima, 2023. This study is classified as experimental, with a cross-sectional and prospective design. The sample corresponds to four commercial household soaps. The results show a disinfection rate of 98.77% for DERMEX gel soap, 99.32% for BALLERINA gel soap, 99.13% for DARYZA gel soap and 99.78% for ELITE gel soap. In conclusion, DERMEX soap has less efficacy, BALLERINA and DARYZA soaps have an intermediate degree of efficacy and ELITE soap stands out as the leader in disinfection efficacy.
