The objective of the study was to identify adverse reactions due to consumption of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the context of COVID-19 in users attended at the “Virgen del Carmen de Chiclayo“ drugstore. The sample consisted of 170 adults attended at the “Virgen del Carmen“ drugstore. The results show that the highest percentage of respondents were between 31 and 40 years of age (57%), with secondary education (49%) and traders (40%). Adverse reactions were presented with naproxen (52%), ibuprofen (24%), diclofenac (18%) and others (6%), generally presenting an adverse reaction to the NSAID (66%), twice (28%) and more than three times (6%). It is concluded that in the context of COVID-19, adverse reactions to NSAIDs, mostly mild, affecting the digestive system, have generally been presented
