Conocimientos y prácticas de la lactancia materna en madres de niños menores de 2 años del Centro de Salud “Amakella”, Comas-2023

Abstract

Objetivo: El propósito de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y prácticas de la lactancia materna en madres de niños menores de 2 años del Centro de Salud Amakella, Comas – 2023

Materiales y Método: Esta investigación es de tipo aplicado, ya que está orientada a la resolución de problemas prácticos, se basa en investigaciones científicas y en resultados de investigaciones obtenidos de acuerdo con los objetivos marcados y tiene un volumen adecuado. Por ello todas las pautas están plasmadas en la tesis, los datos obtenidos en las encuestas y detalles de todo el proceso y al finalizar analizamos los datos recopilados.

Resultados: En cuanto a los conocimientos y prácticas de la lactancia materna, existe relación significativa entre conocimientos y prácticas de la lactancia materna en madres (p<0,05). En relación al conocimiento prevaleció el valor medio con 42,25 %. Seguidamente en la práctica predomino el valor regular con 50, 70 %. Si existe relación significativa entre conceptos y prácticas de lactancia materna en madres (p<0,05). no existe relación significativa en la dimensión de conocimientos de los beneficios y prácticas de lactancia materna en madres (p>0,05). Finalmente, no existe relación significativa en la dimensión de conocimientos de técnicas y prácticas de lactancia materna en madres (p>0,05). Conclusión: Se concluye que hay relación significativa entre conocimientos y practicas donde el Rho=0,465 y se evidencia relación entre variables donde el valor de p= 0,000.

Objective: The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between the knowledge and practices of breastfeeding in mothers of children under 2 years of age at the Amakella Health Center, Comas – 2023. Materials and Method: This research is of an applied type, since it is oriented towards the resolution of practical problems, is based on scientific research and research results obtained in accordance with the established objectives and has an adequate volume. For this reason, all the guidelines are reflected in the thesis, the data obtained in the surveys and details of the entire process and at the end we analyze the collected data. Results: Regarding knowledge and practices of breastfeeding, there is a significant relationship between knowledge and practices of breastfeeding in mothers (p<0.05). In relation to knowledge, the average value prevailed with 42.25%. Then in practice the regular value predominates with 50, 70%. If there is a significant relationship between concepts and breastfeeding practices in mothers (p<0.05). There is no significant relationship in the dimension of knowledge of the benefits and practices of breastfeeding in mothers (p>0.05). Finally, there is no significant relationship in the dimension of knowledge of breastfeeding techniques and practices in mothers (p>0.05). Conclusion: It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and practices where the Rho=0.465 and a relationship is evident between variables where the p value= 0.000.
