For the correlation of the data, the survey technique and two measuring instruments were used, the CIE - consisting of 36 items and has 3 dimensions that evaluate the situation of victimization, intimidation by respondent and symptomatology; Continuously, K-10, has 10 items, is one-dimensional and evaluates the level of psychological risk. Results: As for the statistically significant relationship of both main variables (chi-square = 71, 957ª; p = 0.000), 58.1% (n = 25) was presented at average risk of 37.2% (n = 16) High risk of school intimidation, both within the Group Grave Psychological discomfort. On the other hand, the level in the victimization dimension was a predominant low risk group [m = 47.3% (n = 44); V = 43% (n = 40)]; The dimension of intimidation by the respondents presented a group without risk [m = 58.1% (n = 54); V = 47.3% (n = 35)]; The symptomatology dimension gave an average risk group of psychic indication [m = 35.5% (n = 33); V = 37.6% (n = 35)]. Finally, the relationship between the symptomatology dimension and the discomfort variable evidenced a high risk of emotional processes with 79.1% (n = 34) in the severe group.
