Objective: To determine the job satisfaction of the nursing staff in charge of vaccination against COVID-19 at DIRIS Lima Norte 2023. Materials and methods: Quantitative approach and descriptive design. The study population consisted of 93 nurses working in the COVID-19 vaccination service of the Integrated Health Networks Directorate (DIRIS) Lima Norte. The tool used to collect the data was the Font Roja questionnaire, which is made up of 24 items and 9 dimensions. Results: Regarding job satisfaction, the medium level predominated. Concerning the job satisfaction dimensions, there was a predominance of the medium level in three dimensions, with job satisfaction being the highest at 93.5%, followed by interpersonal relationship with their bosses at 69.9% and work monotony at 55.9%. Additionally, three dimensions presented a predominance of the high level, with work-related tension being the highest at 66.7%. Finally, it was found that there are significant differences in two sociodemographic characteristics, educational level range (p=0.000) and employment status (p=0.044), with respect to job satisfaction. Conclusions: The nursing staff has a medium level of job satisfaction. In addition, there is a predominance of medium and high level in the dimensions of job satisfaction.
