Objective: To determine the quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic in elderly residents from a human settlement located in Villa María del Triunfo, Lima, 2022. Material and methods: This research had a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional descriptive methodological design. It was carried out with a population of 120 older adults residing in a district of southern Lima. The survey technique was used for the data collection and the applied instrument was the WHOQOL-OLD composed of 24 items and 6 dimensions. Results: Regarding the quality of life, the moderately good level predominated with 59.2% (n= 71), followed by the good level with 40.8% (n= 49). In the dimensions of the main variable, the moderately good level predominated in sensory capacity with 51.7% (n= 62), the moderately good level predominated in the autonomy dimension with 62.5% (n= 75), the moderately good level predominated in the dimension of past activities with 50.0% (n= 60), the moderately good level has predominated in the social interaction dimension with 42.5% (n= 51), the poor level predominates in the death-agony dimension with 80.8% (n= 97), finally, the moderately good level has predominated in the intimacy dimension with 48.3% (n=58). Conclusions: Regarding the quality of life, the moderately good level predominated.
