Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de ansiedad de los trabajadores de salud frente a la COVID-19 en el Hospital Lima Norte Luis Negreiros Vega.
Materiales y métodos: El enfoque de estudio es cuantitativo. El diseño es de tipo descriptivo - transversal. La población de estudio estuvo constituida por 205 trabajadores del hospital quienes estuvieron laborando durante la pandemia. La técnica fue la encuesta y se utilizó como instrumento el Test de Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck.
Resultados: Se observa que el 75,3% (67) del personal de salud tiene un nivel de ansiedad frente a la COVID-19 clasificada como mínima, mientras que el 9,0% (9) un nivel de ansiedad leve, un 11,2% (10) un nivel de ansiedad moderada y un 4,5% (4) un nivel de ansiedad grave. Además, en la categoría de ansiedad mínima estuvo el mayor porcentaje de grupos distribuidos por su edad, estado civil, sexo y profesionalización.
Conclusiones: El nivel de ansiedad en el personal de salud en el Hospital Lima Norte Luis Negreiros Vega es mínima. Esta tendencia también se mantiene frente a los niveles de ansiedad y los datos sociodemográficos.
Objective: To determine the level of anxiety of health workers against the COVID19 at Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital in northern Lima. Materials and methods: This is a quantitative study approach with a descriptive cross-sectional design. The study population consisted of 230 hospital employees working during the pandemic. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the Beck Anxiety Inventory Test Results: It is observed that 75.3% (67) of the healthcare staff at the Luis Negreiros Hospital have a level of anxiety classified as minimal regarding COVID-19, while 9.0% (8) have a mild level of anxiety, 11.2% (10) have a moderate level of anxiety, and 4.5% (4) have a severe level of anxiety. In addition, the category of minimal anxiety had the highest percentage of groups distributed by their age and marital status in the research. While in the distribution of anxiety according to professionalization, the administrative staff and the medical technologists showed levels of severe anxiety in 16.7% and 14.3% respectively Conclusions: The level of anxiety in health personnel at Luis Negreiros Vega Hospital is minimal. This trend also continues in the anxiety levels and sociodemographic data. Regarding the genre variable, the severe and very severe levels of anxiety were higher in women. the administrative staff and medical technologists showed higher levels of severe anxiety according to professionalization.
