Objective: To determine the quality of life in older adults during the COVID-19 pandemic in a vulnerable population from the district of Cerro Azul, Cañete - 2022. Materials and methods: This study has a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional design. The finite population was made up of 120 older adults, the data collection technique was the survey and the instrument used for this research was the World Health Organization Quality of life questionnaire (WHOQOL- BREF), which consists of 26 items, 2 general questions about quality of life and satisfaction with health status and 24 questions which are composed of 4 areas such as physical health, psychological health, social relationship and environment. Results: The most predominant gender was female with 55% (n = 66); regarding quality of life related to health in older adults, the low level predominated with 83% (n = 100), followed by the medium level with 10% (n=12) and the high level with 7% (n=8). Concerning its dimensions, the low level predominated in physical health with 68% (n=82), the medium level predominated in psychological health with 46% (n=55), the low level predominated in social relations with 92% (n =111) and the low level predominated in environment with 77% (n=92). Conclusions: The low level predominated regarding the quality of life; in terms of its dimensions, the most affected one was social relations with a low level.
