Objective: To determine the fear of Covid-19 in health personnel working at the Care and Isolation Center for Covid-19 in the Villa Panamericana de EsSalud, 2021. Materials and methods: Quantitative study with a descriptive and cross-sectional design, the population consisted of 220 health professionals, the technique was the survey and the applied instrument was the Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV-19). Results: Regarding the fear of COVID-19 in the health personnel working at the Care and Isolation Center in the Villa Panamericana, there were 220 participants (100%), the 40% of them got a high level of fear, 37% had a medium level and 23% presented a low level. In the dimension of reaction to fear, the high level was frequent with 40%; then, the medium level with 40% and the low level with 20%. Regarding the dimension of somatic expressions, 53% showed a medium level, 36% a low level and 11% a high level. Conclusions: It is concluded that 40% of the population presented a high level of fear of Covid-19.
