Objective: To determine the level of resilience in nursing students starting pre- professional practices at Ciencias y Humanidades University, Lima - 2022. Material and method: The research was carried out from the conception of the quantitative approach; with regard to the methodological design, this is a non- experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional study. The technique to collect data was the survey and the instrument was the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, which consists of 10 items. Results: Regarding resilience, it is observed that the high level predominates with 65% (n=52), followed by the medium level with 21.3% (n=17) and the low level with 13.8% (n=11). Concerning the persistence-tenacity-self-efficacy dimensions, the high level predominated with 65% (n=52), followed by the medium level with 20% (n=16) and finally, the low level with 15% (n=12). In adaptability to change and control under pressure, the high level predominated with 65% (n=52), followed by the medium level with 19% (n=15) and the low level with 16% (n=13). In spirituality and support networks, the high level predominated with 50% (n=40), followed by the medium level with 20% (n=24) and the low level with 20% (n=16). Conclusions: The high level predominated with reference to resilience in nursing students starting pre-professional practices at Ciencias y Humanidades University.
