The educational binomial is the fusion and relationship between family participation and the teaching role that aims to influence school performance; and of course, in the integral formation of learners. In this way, the articulated work of the family and school are essential for the achievement of the expected learning. Aware of this, the objective of this research was to identify the influence that exists between the educational binomial on the school performance of primary school students of private and state schools in the Northern Cone of Lima - Peru. To do this, we worked according to the quantitative approach of correlational type. The participants were 34 teachers selected through a non-probabilistic sampling procedure of an intentional type; who responded to a questionnaire of influence of the educational binomial of 24 items organized in three dimensions. Preliminary results showed adequate levels of factorial validity and reliability with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of .72. Then, the descriptive statisticians showed that teachers believe that parents sometimes participate in educational work and that teacher performance always influences school performance. Finally, it was observed that the role of teachers is significantly related to school performance, but the involvement of the parents did not obtain any relationship. Worrying results because greater parental participation is expected so that the educational binomial influences learning efficiently.
