Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar el riesgo de diabetes en personas que residen en el Asentamiento Humano El Bolívar, Lima - 2021.
Material y método: El estudio es de enfoque cuantitativo y diseño metodológico no experimental, descriptivo y transversal. La técnica de recolección de información fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue el Test de FINDRISC, que consta con 8 ítems y 8 dimensiones.
Resultados: En cuanto al riesgo de DM2, se observó que 32 participantes que representan el 31,4% tienen un riesgo moderado, seguido de 25 participantes que representan el 24,5% con riesgo ligeramente elevado, 21 participantes que representan el 20,6% con riesgo bajo, 15 participantes que representan el 14,7% con riesgo alto y 9 participantes que representan el 8,8% con riesgo muy alto. Según sus dimensiones; en edad, 45 participantes que representan el 44,1% tienen menos de 45 años; en IMC, 41 participantes que representan el 40,2% tienen de 25 a 30 kg/m2; en antropometría abdominal, 47 participantes que representan el 46,1% tienen >102 cm hombres y >de 88 cm mujeres; en actividad física, 64 participantes que representan el 62,7% realizan menos de 30’ diarios; en consumo de frutas y verduras, 59 participantes que representan el 57,8% no consumen diario; en toma de medicamentos de HTA, 96 participantes que representan el 94,1% no toman medicamentos; en hiperglucemia, 73 participantes que representan el 71,6% no tienen hiperglucemia; en antecedentes, 39 participantes que representan el 38,2% si tienen antecedentes.
Conclusiones: En cuanto al riesgo de DM2 predominó un riesgo moderado, seguido de ligeramente elevado, bajo, alto y muy alto.

The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the Findrisk Test, which consists of 8 items and 8 dimensions. Results: Regarding the risk of DM2, it was observed that (n=32) participants representing 31.4% have a moderate risk, followed by (n=25) participants representing 24.5% with a slightly elevated risk, (n =21) participants representing the 20.6% with a low risk, (n=15) participants representing the 14.7% with a high risk and (n=9) participants representing the 8.8% with a very high risk. According to their dimensions, in age, (n=45) participants representing 44.1% are under 45 years old, in BMI (n=41) participants representing 40.2% have from 25 to 30 kg/m2, in abdominal anthropometry, (n=47) participants representing 46.1% have >102 cm men and >88 cm women, in physical activity, (n=64) participants representing 62.7% perform less than 30' daily, in consumption of fruits and vegetables (n=59) participants who represent 57.8% do not consume daily, in taking HBP medications, (n=96) participants who represent 94.1% do not take any medications, in hyperglycemia (n =73) participants representing 71.6% do not have it, in medical history (n=39) participants representing 38.2% have one. Conclusions: Regarding the risk of DM2, The moderate risk predominated, followed by a slightly high, low, high and very high risk.
