Objective: To identify the lifestyles during the COVID-19 pandemic in people attending medical consultation in a health facility in Los Olivos, 2022. Materials and methods: It was assumed the quantitative approach with a cross-sectional descriptive design. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the fantastic questionnaire, which consist of 30 items and 10 dimensions. Results: Regarding lifestyles, the regular level predominated with 52.5% (n=84), followed by the excellent level with 18.1% (n=29), the good level with 16.3% (n=26). the poor level with 8.1% (n=13) and the level of existence of risk with 5% (n=8). According to its dimensions, the excellent level predominated in family and friends with 88.1% (n=141) as well as in physical activity with 86.9% (n=139), the poor level predominated in nutrition with 68.8% (n=110), the level of existence of risk predominated in tobacco and toxins with 76.3% (n=122), as well as in alcohol with 65.6% (n=105), the poor level predominated in sleep and stress with 52.5% (n=84), the excellent level predominated in personality type with 69.4% (n=111), the poor level predominated in introspection with 55% (n=88), the excellent level predominated in control of sexuality with 86.9% (n=139) and the regular level predominated in others with 53.8% (n=86). Conclusions: Regarding lifestyles, the regular level predominated, followed by the excellent, good, and poor level and the level of existence of risk. Regarding the dimensions; in nutrition the majority had a bad level; in tobacco, toxic and alcohol a level of danger was discovered and in dream it was bad.
