Objective: To determine depression, anxiety and stress levels during the coronavirus pandemic in people who attend a health center of primary care in San Martin de Porres, 2022. Materials and methods: The research was carried out from the parameters of the quantitative approach with a descriptive-transversal its methodological design. The population consisted of 140 individuals who attend a health facility of primary care. The survey technique was used for data collection and the evaluation instrument was the DASS-21 scale, which is made up of 21 statements and 3 dimensions. Results: 64 women (45.7%) and 76 men (54.3%) took part in this study. Regarding depression, the moderate level was more prevalent with 51.4% (n=72), followed by the slight level with 24.3% (n=34), the severe level with 16.2% (n=24), the normal level with 10.7% (n=15) and the extremely severe level with 4.7% (n=7). With regards to anxiety, the moderate level prevailed with 45% (n=63), followed by the slight level with 25.7% (n=36), the normal level with 15% (n=21), the severe level with 12.1% (n=17) and the extremely severe level with 2.1% (n=3). Finally, concerning to stress, the moderate level prevailed with 42.1% (n=59), followed by the slight level with 36.4% (n=51), the severe level with 11.4% (n=16), the normal level with 9.3% (n=13) and the extremely severe level with 0.7% (n=1). Conclusions: Regarding depression, anxiety and stress, a moderate level prevailed.
