The theoretical framework required to collect information from other validated investigations, regarding the variables of our investigations, regarding the variables of our investigation and from them formulate the problems, hypothesis, and objective. Secondly, convenience sampling was used and a total of 201 responses were collected through a questionnaire developed in Google Forms, which was sent to respondents through social networks, such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. Likewise, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to validate the degree of reliability of the questionnaire questions Subsequently, for the evaluation of the hypotheses, the K-S test was previously used to determine if the data had normal or non-normal distribution, in that sense the R Pearson correlation method was used to validate or reject the hypotheses between two variables.
