The present research contributes to the emerging literature in the dark kitchens sector and aims primarily to verify the existence of the relationship between consumer satisfaction, brand loyalty, electronic word-of-mouth, and repurchase intention within the sector. To do so, a fieldwork was conducted among a population of regular buyers of dark kitchens, with diverse genders, ages, and professions, who had consumed some of their products in the two months prior to the fieldwork. The sample size was 380 individuals. Hypotheses were tested using a Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the statistical program Smart-PLS. The results confirmed that consumer satisfaction influences repurchase intention, brand loyalty, and electronic word-of-mouth in the dark kitchens sector. Similarly, it was found that electronic word-of-mouth influences repurchase intention and brand loyalty. The results lead to the conclusion that it is essential for dark kitchens to employ brand satisfaction and service quality strategies to ensure repurchase.
