Medidas de protección del delito de feminicidio, en la Comisaria Especializada de Familia de Pedregal, Majes - Arequipa, 2021

Abstract

El actual estudio de suficiencia, tuvo por objetivo el poder analizar las medidas de protección del delito de feminicidio, en la comisaria especializada de familia de Pedregal, Majes – Arequipa, 2021. Es por ello que se trata de buscar la total información sobre los derechos que respaldan a las mujeres en casos de violencia o feminicidio y asimismo las medidas de protección brindadas antes estos casos. Observándose problemas dentro del estudio de las diligencias ya que los jueces brindan mayor importancia a otras áreas, también dando a conocer que otorgan sanciones ineficientes como medida de protección a la mujer, ya que aun con las sanciones establecidas está puede seguir recibiendo violencia por parte de su pareja. Además, en el desarrollo del estudio se incluyó Leyes y artículos, los cuales amplían y dan a conocer con mayor exactitud las medidas de prevención del delito de feminicidio. Asimismo, las conclusiones y recomendaciones son desarrollas mediante la información recolectada en el estudio.

The objective of the current sufficiency study was to analyze the protection measures for the crime of femicide in the specialized family police station of Pedregal, Majes - Arequipa, 2021. This is why the aim is to seek full information on the rights that support women in cases of violence or femicide and also the protection measures provided in these cases. Problems were observed in the study of the proceedings, since the judges give greater importance to other areas, and also that the judges grant inefficient sanctions as a measure of protection to women, since even with the established sanctions they can continue to receive violence from their partners. In addition, in the development of the study, laws and articles were included, which expand and make known with greater accuracy the measures to prevent the crime of femicide. Likewise, the conclusions and recommendations are developed through the information collected in the study.
