Inteligencia operativa de la DIVPOL este 1, para la investigación en los delitos contra el patrimonio en la Jurisdicción Policial de Zárate – 2019

Abstract

Actualmente en el distrito de Zárate – San Juan de Lurigancho, se registra alta incidencia delictiva los Delitos Contra el Patrimonio (robo y hurto) la misma que se ha ido acrecentando progresivamente durante los últimos años. Por ello, la presente investigación desea conocer de qué manera se ejecutan las Operaciones de Inteligencia de la División Policial Este 1, para la investigación en los Delitos Contra el Patrimonio en la Comisaría de Zárate, 2019. Dicho estudio se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo y diseño fenomenológico. La muestra fue aplicada a ocho efectivos PNP entre Oficiales y Suboficiales del Equipo de Inteligencia de la División Policial Este 1 y el personal PNP de la comisaría de Zárate, la cual se realizó de forma aleatoria. La técnica que se utilizó fue la observación y el instrumento fue la entrevista (guía) aplicada. Para la obtención de resultados se realizó la categorización y triangulación correspondiente, la misma que concluye qué no se ejecutan las Operaciones de Inteligencia de la DIVPOL Este 1, para la Investigación en los Delitos Contra el Patrimonio (robo y hurto) en la comisaría de Zárate - 2019.

Currently in the district of Zárate - San Juan de Lurigancho, there is a high crime incidence of Crimes Against Heritage (robbery and theft), which has been increasing progressively in recent years.

For this reason, this research wishes to know how the Intelligence Operations of the East 1 Police Division are executed, for the investigation into Crimes Against Property in the Zárate Police Station, 2019. Said study was carried out under the qualitative and phenomenological design. The sample was applied to eight PNP personnel between Officers and Subofficers from the Intelligence Team of the East Police Division 1 and the PNP personnel from the Zárate police station, which was carried out randomly. The technique used was observation and the instrument was the interview (guide) applied. To obtain results, the corresponding categorization and triangulation was carried out, which concludes that the Intelligence Operations of the DIVPOL East 1 are not executed, for the Investigation of Crimes Against Heritage (robbery and theft) in the Zárate police station - 2019.
