Teletrabajo y su influencia en el desempeño laboral en el área administrativa de la empresa Finantia Capital S.A.C. Lima: 2021

Abstract

La presente investigación planteó como objetivo general determinar la influencia del teletrabajo en el desempeño laboral en el área administrativa de la empresa Finantia Capital SAC en Lima en el año 2021. Del mismo modo, la hipótesis formulada constató que el teletrabajo influye en el desempeño laboral en el área administrativa de la empresa Finantia Capital SAC en Lima en el año 2021. La metodología fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo de investigación básica, nivel descriptivo, explicativo, correlacional y de diseño no experimental. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 20 trabajadores de la empresa, quienes fueron participes de un cuestionario estructurado de 40 ítems. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 65 % de los colaboradores manifestaron como alto la presencia del teletrabajo y desempeño laboral en la institución. La conclusión principal mostró que el teletrabajo influye positivamente en el desempeño laboral en el área administrativa de la empresa Finantia Capital. Mediante la correlación de Spearman, se obtuvo r= 0,829.

The present research raised as general objective to determine the influence of telework in the labor performance in the administrative area of the company Finantia Capital SAC in Lima in the year 2021. Similarly, the hypothesis formulated found that teleworking influences labor performance in the administrative area of the company Finantia Capital SAC in Lima in the year 2021. The methodology was of quantitative approach, basic research type, descriptive, explanatory, correlational and non- experimental design. The population and sample consisted of 20 workers of the company, who participated in a structured questionnaire of 40 items. The results showed that 65% of the collaborators expressed as high the presence of telework and work performance in the institution. The main conclusion showed that teleworking has a positive influence on work performance in the administrative area of the company Finantia Capital. By means of Spearman's correlation, r= 0.829 was obtained.
