All companies without distinction develop Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from strategic planning, based on principles that are designed from the top management of companies; however, we will focus on the urban public transport sector of Lima and Callao. Without being experts in the field we can observe the innumerable deficiencies that exist in relation to compliance with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the urban public transport sector of Lima and Callao. When talking about CSR we can not leave aside the issue of sustainable development, because they are practices that companies assume in order to obtain a weighting within what will be our three fundamental pillars that would be the economic, social and environmental part.. However, in order to comply with the urban transport companies of Lima and Callo practicing the issue of Corporate Social Responsibility, there are alternatives by working together our three pillars, because it is a chain, and the results will be one consequence of the other, thus achieving greater competitiveness in urban transport companies and generating added value for them.
