The main objective of this research study, entitled: “Implementation of an interoperable web system for monitoring the traceability of files between two entities of the state, year 2022“, is to implement an interoperable web system to improve the follow-up processes in the traceability of files which have been issued between the National Aurora Program and its specifications (MIMP),where emphasis is placed on the documents that were issued between both entities through their respective document processing systems that work based on digital certificates, using as a channel, the State Interoperability Platform - PIDE. The solution to be implemented will be developed in a web application with a multilayer architecture (Domain, Application, Infrastructure and UI) to ensure scalability, speed of operation, and instant response to customer inquiries and needs. The development of the backend implies the implementation of the business process using the .net core 5 framework with the C# programming language whose database engine will be Oracle v. eleven. It is worth mentioning that, in the development of this solution, the Xtreme Programming methodology will be applied, due to the enormous advantages it has,in order to seek to minimize the problems and improve the execution times generated by the monitoring process between one entity to another through its parts tables. This research is of a descriptive-experimental type, subject to instruments and information gathering techniques such as meetings, interviews, document analysis, etc.
