Propuesta de un sistema web para el proceso de la mesa de partes virtual de entidades administradoras de pensiones 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo busca proponer un sistema web para la mesa de parte la cual afecta la calidad de la atención a los pensionistas, sobre todo al momento de consultar el progreso de su documentación ocasionando molestias porque no hay un seguimiento y porque la entidad es lejana para algunos pensionistas y usuarios parar lograr hacer un registro de documentación física también en otros problemas que ocurren son el traspapelamiento de documento y duplicidad ingresadas porque no llevar un buen control de registro que detecte la duplicidad El sistema web permitirá a los usuarios o pensionistas registrar sus documentos a través de una plataforma digitalmente en varios formatos con ello se pude tener un seguimiento de su documentación para poder tener una respuesta automática desde la opción de consulta en los tiempos estipulados de forma eficiente El sistema web también ayuda a los trabajadores de la mesa de parte como ala gerencias correspondientes porque tienen un mejor seguimiento diario de la documentación para poder atenderlos en el tiempo deseado En mi investigación se utiliza diagramas de causa y efecto; para determinar la variabilidad de los resultados que determinaron las inconsistencias de los procesos que se realizaban anteriormente, diagrama de flujo; para representar las secuencias de etapas de operaciones, movimientos esperas, decisiones para determinar los agentes que involucran en la gestión de mesa de partes de entidades administradoras de pensiones. Se investigó que en las entidades administradora de pensionistas la cantidad de pensionistas que atiende directamente la Unidad de Trámite Documentario es en promedio mensual de 3,400 personas, ya sea para consultas recepción o entrega de documentos.

Como referencia principal se presenta la propuesta de un sistema web informático que será examinado por un modelo reconocido de calidad con la norma ISO9001asi mismo el lenguaje de Programación es Framework php7.4 base de datos Oracle.

Cause and effect diagrams are used in my research; to determine the variability of the results that determined the inconsistencies of the processes that were carried out previously, flow chart; to represent the sequences of stages of operations, waiting movements, decisions to determine the processes that intervene in the management of documentary procedures of pension managing entities. It was investigated that in the administrative entity of pensioners The number of citizens who directly visit the Documentary Processing Unit is a monthly average of 3,400 people, either for consultation, reception or delivery of documents
