Every organizational support company considers the objective of increasing the maneuvering period of a team at the lowest price. To achieve this, companies must carry out support planning, movement monitoring, scheduling and planning methods, data collection and performance assessment for their progress. Carrying out these movements requires data from the personnel, equipment, work mandates, provision tasks, support and a large amount of information that comes to model a support database. The current thesis work is based on the implementation of a computer system to offer and support computer instruments for the support administration of the vehicular squad for the company Negocios y Servicios de Alquiler SAC. And also, as an instrument option in smaller business organizations that carry out this example of movements. This has the capacity to organize data such as SOAT registration, vehicle monitoring, technical verification and maintenance work, and references that agree to estimate the administration In the last part of the work, the results obtained with the implementation of the computer system are indicated; quantitatively, the calculation results of the maintenance administration through the similarity index and qualitatively the instruments suitable with the new system are detailed. However, the conclusions reached and recommendations for those interested in said system are shown.
