The educational quality in our beloved Peru is the dream to make that leap to development with a true reengineering in all the pillars and strategic sectors, only in this way to be considered as a first world country. An industrialized country at the forefront with 7G technology, a country with values, ethics, culture and deontology achieving better human beings and professionals. For this reason, it is very important for us to consider the “work environment“ in the educational sector and taking as an example the prestigious “Bertolt Brecht“ School who, applying their mission and vision, propose and execute an ambitious educational revolution integrating the coast, the mountains and the jungle; respecting the Creed and the races with a single thought of union and love for the country. It should be considered that identifying these crises serves to be able to propose solution alternatives by applying various methodologies such as the “tree of causes and effects“, and the purpose is to maintain or improve the level and applying the various differentiating activities with humanistic and integrating principles; also be a leader and reference for other institutions that provide a classical education. In the present work, the problem has been identified thanks to the collaboration of its staff and the deep concern of the board of directors of the Bertolt Brecht school to always have and achieve perfect harmony and teamwork. two We hope that from the present study it will be the beginning for various research works that help to achieve the new humanistic and scientific education as the Bertolt Brecht school has been achieving due to the professional work of the directors and its first level staff. all support staff at various levels and areas.
