Sucesión intestada ante la falta de partida de nacimiento de uno de los herederos forzosos

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación ha sido planteado en seis puntos esenciales, el primero de estos como antecedentes de la investigación, en donde se ha resumido una serie de investigaciones que se relacionan con la nuestra, la segunda, son las bases teóricas, en donde se hace un desarrollo de los temas que consideramos importante y necesario para nuestra investigación, estos temas parten del título y problema que nos hemos planteado. El tercer punto, son las conclusiones, que luego de haber analizado los dos puntos anteriores, concatenándolo con nuestro problema, se ha podido dilucidar una serie de conclusiones, el cuarto punto son los aportes que da nuestra investigación a la sociedad jurídica en general, finalmente se otorgan una serie de recomendaciones que podrían ser aplicadas y tomadas por las diferentes instituciones públicas del Estado.

The present research work has been raised in six essential points, the first of these as background of the investigation, where a series of investigations that are related to ours have been summarized, the second, are the theoretical bases, where makes a development of the topics that we consider important and necessary for our research, these topics start from the title and problem that we have raised. The third point, are the conclusions, that after having analyzed the two previous points, concatenating it with our problem, it has been possible to elucidate a series of conclusions, the fourth point are the contributions that our research gives to the legal society in general, finally a series of recommendations are granted that could be applied and taken by the different public institutions of the State.
