The main objective of this investigation was to determine the relationship of IFRS 16 Leases in the presentation of financial statements in the company Monclaud SRL, Lima, 2021. Regarding the methodology of the study, the research approach was quantitative, the type of research was basic with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study had a correlational level of research, it was carried out in a population of 20 people at who applied two questionnaires as an instrument with a Likert scale of 5 points. To establish the reliability of the instrument, each of the variables was subjected to the Alpha Cronbach Test, showing strong reliability with 0.774 and 0.742 points, respectively. The data collection technique was the survey. Regarding the results, the Shapiro-Will normality test and the Pearson's r probabilis t ic hypothesis test were applied, with the correlation coefficient being 0.574, indicating that there is a moderate positive relationship, with a level of bilateral significance whose value p=0.008< 0.05 is significant. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the proposal by the researcher was accepted, in conclusion there is a significant relationship between IFRS 16 Leasing and financ ia l statements in the company Monclaud SRL, Lima, 2021
