This configuration of work of professional sufficiency based on the Criminal field, whose name is “Procedures in Police Detention and Investigation Standards in the Emergency Department center-Lima“, has a purpose and is to optimize the interventions for our national police of Peru, especially when there is a commission such as Criminal Flagrancy and even more the rules and functions of investigation executed by the Emergency Department counting with the support of the legal field such as its norms, laws and codes and for this the present work has been divided into three chapters which are indicated below. Chapter I: “General Aspects“ where the Description of the Institution where I am working, location, activity, mission, vision and organization is recorded; and the total definition in experience, the occupational effectiveness carried out, objective of the trade carried out or development that is the reason for the report and specific effects achieved Chapter II: “Foundation on the chosen topic“, theory and practice in police performance and description of actions, methodology and procedures Chapter III: “Contributions and development of experience“, actions that the evaluated has carried out in his professional stage and referred to the work of professional sufficiency.
