The purpose of this research was to determine to what extent international financing affects the profitability of exporting companies in Callao in 2020, for which a data collection instrument was applied to the total number of exporting companies in Callao, applying a non-probabilistic sampling by convenience, after which 30 companies were selected and worked with their accounting personnel. The study has a basic quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A survey and a questionnaire were used as data collection technique and instrument, respectively, on the aforementioned population. The data collection instrument consisted of a total of 20 items that measured the influence of international financing on the profitability of the companies to which the subjects of the study belong; the same was validated by means of the statistical coefficient of Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that there is a correlation coefficient of .510 between international financing and profitability, presenting an average positive incidence between the study variables, which translates into a favorable incidence of the former on the latter. In addition, it was found that the characteristics of financing do not have a favorable impact on profitability (correlation coefficient of .322) and that financial planning does have a favorable impact on the profitability of the companies (correlation coefficient of .436).
