In the present research work, the objective is to determine the relationship between tax evasion and tax collection in auto parts trading companies in the district of Victoria. The research work is of a correlational type, non-experimental design, a cross-sectional quantitative approach. For the present research work, a population that is made up of 20 collaborators was considered and the sample is made up of the entire population as there is only one minimun of people. The research techniques applied in the present research work was the survey and the research instrument that was used is the questionnaire, this is made up of a total of 30 questions related to the two variables, the questionnaire was elaborated with the Likert scale and to validate its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was used, whose coefficients of the reliability of tax evasion was , 816 and tax collection was , 767, for data processing the SPSS v26 program was used. According to the result obtained from the research work, the significance is. 216, as it is greater than 0.05, the null hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is no correlation between tax evasion and tax relationship. The conclusion indicates that tax evasion is not related to tax collection, as both variables are mutually exclusive.
