In the present research work on the relationship of financial derivatives and the profitability of the DICOM Ingenieros SRL company, San Miguel, Lima 2021, it was based on bibliographical research, taking into account that financial derivatives are the fundamental part of the research to determine the relationship with the profitability of the company. Consequently, without financial derivatives, the company would be taking great risks that would be detrimental to the company. The methodology used in the research was hypothetical deductive, basic type and correlational level, since it seeks to determine the level of correlation between the two variables, the design was non-experimental-transversal; with a quantitative approach, having a population of 40 employees of the company DICOM Ingenieros SRL, which through casual or accidental non-probabilistic sampling, a sample of 36 employees was taken. The result obtained shows us a very high correlation of = 0.954 with a significance of p-value =0.000<0.05 accepting the alternative hypothesis. In the relationship between financial derivatives and solvency, a high Spearman correlation of =0.899 was determined with a significance of p-value =0.000<0.05, accepting the alternative hypothesis. For the correlation between financial derivatives and economic indicators, a very high Spearman correlation of =0.910 was determined with a significance of p-value =0.000<0.05, accepting the alternative hypothesis. For the relationship between financial derivatives and financial impact, a high Spearman correlation of = 0.883 was determined with a significance of p-value =0.000<0.05, accepting the alternative hypothesis. To measure the relationship between financial derivatives and economic benefits, a very high Spearman correlation of =0.923 and a significance of p-value =0.000<0.05 were determined, accepting the alternative hypothesis.
