The purpose of this investigation was to determine how the operational audit affects the human resources management of the company Consultores Miranda y Asociados S.A.C., 2021. Where was developed a quantitative research approach, basic type, correlational level - causal; a population consisting of 19 administrative workers belonging to the areas of accounting, administrative area, legal area, customer service area was surveyed, who work in the company Consultores Miranda y Asociados S.A.C. For the collection of data, the technique “survey“ was applied and with two instruments “questionnaires“ with closed questions, of scale Likert. Likewise, the questionnaires were validated by Expert Judgment and obtained their approval; moreover, the reliability of the instruments was calculated with the technique of Cronbach’s Alpha; whose coefficients were 0,859 and 0.886 respectively in the questionnaires for the operational audit variables and Human Resources Management respectively; which was determined to be highly reliable. It was concluded that the operational audit affects the human resources management of the company Consultores Miranda y Asociados S.A.C., 2021. It should be noted that Spearman’s Rho correlation coefficient was 0.943, which indicates a very high and direct correlation and incidence of the operational audit variable in human resources management.
