Implementación del Ciclo Deming para optimizar la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la Empresa Emy Star EIRL Lima-Perú 2021

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general implementar el ciclo Deming para la optimización de la gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en la empresa Emy Star EIRL 2021. La implementación del ciclo Deming, se realizó mediante las etapas de planear, hacer, verificar y actuar. Para ello se desarrolló el diagnóstico de línea base, basado en la normativa nacional: Ley N° 29783, Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y su Reglamento aprobado mediante el Decreto Supremo N° 005-2012-TR. y para la evaluación de la línea base se utilizó la Lista de Verificación de Lineamientos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (Sgsst) de la Resolución Ministerial N° 050-2013-TR. Se obtuvo como resultado el 12.07% de cumplimiento y calificación se obtuvo el 18.97%. Todo con el fin de visualizar en qué estado está la gestión de la SST de la empresa Emy Star y posteriormente optimizarla. La gestión de la SST va a mejorar considerablemente debido que se llevará un orden para administrar adecuadamente la seguridad y salud ocupacional de los trabajadores, mediante la aplicación de las dimensiones del ciclo Deming. Se va a mejorar en la parte documentaria realizando los formatos alineados a las normativas exigidas por el estado. En lo laboral se va minimizar considerablemente el nivel de accidentabilidad identificando los peligros y evaluando los riesgos, así mismo se va salvaguardar la integridad física, psicológica y social de los trabajadores. La aplicación del ciclo Deming produce efectos favorables para establecer indicadores que nos ayuden a identificar y realizar la mejora continua para la optimización de la gestión de la empresa Emy Star.

The general objective of this research work is to implement the Deming cycle for the optimization of occupational health and safety management in the company Emy Star EIRL 2021. The implementation of the Deming cycle was carried out through the stages of planning, doing, check and act. For this, the baseline diagnosis was developed, based on national regulations: Law No. 29783, Law on Safety and Health at Work and its Regulations approved by Supreme Decree No. 005-2012-TR. and for the evaluation of the baseline, the Checklist of Guidelines of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (Sgsst) of the Ministerial Resolution No. 050-2013-TR was used. The result was 12.07% compliance and qualification was obtained 18.97%. all this in order to visualize the status of the OSH management of the Emy Star company and subsequently optimize it. The management of the OSH will improve considerably due to the fact that an order will be taken to adequately manage the occupational safety and health of the workers, through the application of the dimensions of the Deming cycle. The documentary part will be improved by making the formats aligned with the regulations required by the state. In the workplace, the level of accidents will be minimized considerably by identifying the dangers and evaluating the risks, as well as safeguarding the physical, psychological and social integrity of the workers. The application of the Deming cycle produces favorable effects to establish indicators that help us identify and carry out continuous improvement for the optimization of the management of the Emy Star company.
