This present investigation is based on being able to create concrete blocks with rubber incorporation, for acoustic and thermal insulation that will be used for load-bearing walls; these in turn will have different proportions, since it is intended to replace the fine aggregate in various proportions of rubber such as 5%, 15% and 25%, in addition to obtaining a minimum resistance of 50 kg/cm2, therefore, would comply with the technical standard E.070 Masonry. The concrete blocks had the measurements of 12x20x40 cm. Regarding the additions of rubber, it has been obtained that with 5% addition of rubber it meets the required resistance, acoustic insulation meets a maximum of 15% and thermal insulation is up to 25%
