Efectivos policiales y medidas de protección en la Ley contra la violencia a la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar

Abstract

La Violencia contra la mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar, es el punto clave para lo que se ha trabajado en la presente pesquisa, mediante un tipo de investigación aplicada cualitativa, en conjunto con un método analítico de análisis documental, tomándose como objeto de estudio el proponer requisitos organizacionales a los efectivos policiales para fortalecer la ejecución de medidas establecidas en la Ley Nº 30364 para prevenir, sancionar y erradicar la violencia contrala mujer e integrantes del grupo familiar, analizando las medidas de protección que contempla la Ley Nº 30364 e identificar los requisitos viables a efectivos policiales para el fortalecimiento de la ejecución de las medidas de protección. Por tanto, para dar respuesta a la propuesta, se llevó a cabo un estudio de distintas fuentes, libros, revistas, leyes y páginas web con importantes aportes al tema de investigación, que tratan sobre las medidas de protección contempladas en la Ley Nº 30364 y requisitos a efectivos policiales para fortalecer la ejecución de medidas de protección. De esta manera, como conclusión, se ha indicado que los programas como la capacitación jurídica a la PNP por abogados especialistas en Derecho de Familia, Penal y Derecho del Niño permite desarrollar habilidades blandas, adquirir un grado de especialización en Derecho, volver al efectivo policial idóneo y perenne para ofrecer un servicio empático para una sociedad más justa, posibilita un comportamiento magnánimo y altruista con la finalidad de salvaguardar derechos e intereses de las víctimas.

Awareness measures in the law to prevent, punish and eradicate violence against women and members of the family group, is what has been worked on in this research, through a type of qualitative applied research, together with an analytical method of documentary analysis, taking as an object of study to propose requirements to police officers to strengthen the application of protection measures of Law No. 30364 to prevent, punish and eradicate violence against women and members of the family group, analyzing the measures of protection contemplated in Law No. 30364 and identify viable requirements for police officers to strengthen the application of protection measures. Therefore, in order to respond to the proposal, a study was carried out of different sources, books, magazines, laws and web pages with important contributions to the research topic, which deal with the protection measures contemplated in Law No. 30364 and requirements for police officers to strengthen the application of protection measures. In this way, as a conclusion, it has been indicated that programs such as legal training for the PNP by lawyers specialized in Family Law, Criminal Law and Children's Law allow the development of soft skills, acquiring a degree of specialization in Law, returning to police force adequate and perennial to offer an empathetic service for a more just society, it enables a magnanimous and altruistic behavior in order to save the rights and interests of the victims.
