Investigation: Perceived organizational climate by a III-I Hospital surgical nurses, Chiclayo, 2019. Qualitative, with a Case Study focus. Objective: To describe, analyze, and discuss the OC dimensions, perceived by surgical nurses from a III-I hospital. Conceptual framework was constituted by: Patricia Benner (From Novice to Expert Theory) and I Chiavenato (Human Relationships Theory); the sample consisted of twelve surgical nurses from a III-I Hospital ruled out by redundance and saturation; for the data collection a semi structured interview was employed, with a previous expert validation; discourse was examined through content analysis, 175 significant units were obtained, after semantic association 5 categories were disclosed: Organizational climate affected by incorrect organizational communication and comfort undermining, Lack of leadership and poor backup of nursery decisions as catalysts for a weak organizational climate; Training and motivation, elemental items for an innovative organizational climate; Lack of cooperation, conflict and little identity undermines organizational climate and Organizational Climate, a corporate, ethical and legal responsibility. Results: Organizational climate at the Hospital’s Surgery Center is weakened by incorrect peer, subordinates and boss communication, as well as work conditions where comfort is affected by obsolete infrastructure and emotional comfort is relegated. The investigation was kept by E. Sgreccia’s Personalist Ethic principles and Morse’s Scientific Rigor
